Having had intermittent concerns regarding the performance of my water treatment plant that were not resolved by call outs from several other companies, I eventually contacted Turnwater. They responded promptly to my initial enquiry and Lee was quickly able to identify the underlying issues and propose the correct solutions. Throughout the course of the ensuing work, Lee and his team were friendly and unobtrusive and took great care in ensuring that the grounds were fully restored to their former condition on completion. Arrived within 3 working days of my call, lady who turned up was polite, chatty, knowledgeable, gave working advice on our system and checked the septic tank to make sure it was in good condition. Advised on a small repairs but never pushed anything. Can not fault in anyway shape or form. Plus £s cheaper than other companies in the Kington area. Well worth a call.
